With over two decades of dedicated service in the U.S. Army as a Senior Human Resources Manager, I've developed an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. My journey also led me to NATO, where I served as an Executive Assistant, gaining valuable experience working in diverse international settings. Beyond my military career, I have been a passionate real estate investor for the past 12 years and a proud Texas Realtor for the last four years.

On the personal side, I am happily married to the love of my life with two wonderful teenage children. We cherish our family road trips, camping adventures, and exploring new destinations around the globe. This love for travel and discovery inspired me to offer unique and comfortable short-term rental experiences for fellow travelers.

Based in Wichita, Kansas, Dylan has a deep appreciation for travel and knows firsthand how meaningful a great vacation can be. After being diagnosed with an “incurable cancer,” he’s made it his mission to help others create unforgettable memories with the people they love.

With a background in real estate and entrepreneurship, Dylan combines his love for hospitality with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring each property managed by Flip Flop Vacation Rentals offers a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every guest.
